"When it comes to Bioinformatics, there are less than fewer training institutes in central India, being a Biotechnology graduate I was facing challenges to do a project in gene sequencing. I started looking for internship/project and came across about Eminent Biosciences. I met Dr. Anuraj Nayarisseri and the first meeting itself was confidence building; that I could do a new project out of my comfort zone. Anuraj sir's guidance covered a lot of information delivered in concise chunks and the structure of the project was clear logical and effective. Anuraj sir put a lot of thoughts and expertise in designing it and at the same time enforced us to design the work flow by ourselves for getting hold on the project. At eminent biosciences I got the confidence to implement new bioinformatics tools and techniques. Our group also discovered two microbial organisms gene sequences and one fine day Anuraj sir offered me a position of research associate in Eminent Biosciences. After completing my graduation I started working as Research Associate from 2012-2015. I also got an opportunity to teach undergraduate students in a college being associated with Anuraj sir. Not only was the work both fun and challenging, but Anuraj sir's direct feedback kept on improving my skills. Anuraj sir's calm and logical method of guidance has truly connected and inspired me."
